Do not use this escrow company. They are stuck in the dark ages: they don't take credit or debit cards- therefore making a payment over the phone is not possible- they don't communicate through email or text message, they do not have online account access, their only means of communication is through the mail. They use this excuse to justify why they allow your property taxes to go unpaid, or your home owner's insurance to lapse. Then they offer no help in correcting the problems that they are responsible for creating. They are inconsistent in regards to giving the customer a comprehensive review of ones escrow account. If you are lucky enough to get such an invoice, you will find that there are many inconsistencies that result in funds gone missing and unaccounted for. They claim that there is no way to fix it because the dinosaurs that work there don't know how to operate the software programs, and they are not willing to "pay a programmer to do that."
