I first came to see Dr. Swengel for acne treatments in my early 30s. I now do a variety of preventive treatments with Dr. Swengel and i've never felt more confident and informed about my skin and skin health in general. When you come in the office it feels like a spa -- everyone is friendly and you really feel as if they have your best interest in mind. Dr. Swengel has done a great job of building a strong and supportive team! I'm a patient for life! Thank you!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Swengel since he was treating at Santa Teresa Kaiser, I may have been 8yrs old -about 40yrs ago. He was the ONLY Dr of the many I had seen that was able to get my Chronic Psoriasis under control. Once he left Kaiser I was bounced around to multiple Dr's with severe flair ups that I could barely walk or move limbs-so painful. My husband decided to get private Ins and we made the BEST decision. I have been on Stellara with GREAT results, my skin is clear I can wear short sleeves, dresses love myself with not having the embarrassment of plaques all over while in excruciating pain. If you have the chance to get a consult with Dr. Swengel, please do he is AMAZING and I promise you will not be disappointed.

Dr. Swengel and his team are remarkable. I've been coming to the office for a little over three or so years and have never had a bad experience. And by the way, I look fabulous.

Always such a great experience here. The staff is so sweet and Dr Swengel always makes you feel like you're his only patient. I have bought packages and have come regularly for my little gummy smile botox - the cheapest and most valuable part of my skin routine. 2 pinches and my gums aren't visible when I smile for 6+ months!! I came in for a series of laser treatments with Dr.Swengel. A couple names to point out are Roxy and Luis. They both are so friendly and nice when it came to all the questions I had. Dr.Swengel really took the time to explain which treatments would be the best for my skin type and concerns. I highly recommend this office for all Dermatology issues. I love refined dermatology!

Dr Swengel and staff go above and beyond! I started coming to him for dermatology first. I commute from Santa Cruz to see him. Besides them having a flexable schedule to work with my busy work schedule, they got me in asap. I had a mole that looked suspicious and my old derm said they could see me in 8 weeks. Ive heard about Dr S for a few years and finally made the call.Needless to say Ive been a patient for 3 years now, and I have never been happier with a Dr's office ever!

Dr. Swengel was able to help me after I got a problem from a different clinic. His skill with assessing problems and treatments and injections is unsurpassed. He is also comforting and personable so that the process is not stressful. I highly recommend him.

Awesome staff! Beautiful office and Excellent Doctor. I have been to many Dermatologists over the last 15 years but Refined Dermatology is by far the best whether its for medical or cosmetic procedures. I will never go elsewhere. I originally came for tattoo removal and have received the best results after just one treatment here then my 11 treatments elsewhere. I will continue as a patient as long as he's here.

I have been coming here since they opened and have always been treated well. Dr.Swengal is always up to date on the newest treatments and insures the right treatments are selected for individual goals and expectations.

I have such a great experience and result from Dr Swengel and his team. Recently I have encounter a conditions ( alopecia areata) He suggested a treatment to improve and treat the hair loss conditions. Even just a very first treatment. I regain my confidence and seeing improving result.. I really appreciated.

Coming to my appointments with Dr. Swengel and his is associates is always convenient and informational. Everyone is also so very pleasant and knowledgeable about products and new technologies! :-) They all make a doctor's visit a delight!
