Howard Young started his research that led to Tummyssage and Veggie Family USA, Inc. over 30 years ago. Through his vast study and experience, he has found no other method as effective for prevention, reversing chronic disease, and self healing. He traveled through Asia to share his knowledge and experience with people in the East. Now his students carry on his work so that he can deliver his knowledge and experience to you here in the United States. His journey in research of good health began over over 30 years ago when he was diagnosed with Diabetes. He was tired all the time, overweight, and started to slowly lose his eyesight. His doctors told him to take medication everyday for the rest of his life. When he took medication, he felt worst. He couldn't stay focused and always felt like he was in a zone. The medication simply didn't work so he stopped taking it. He tried so many different types of treatments such as accupunture, cupping, accupressure, vitamins, herbs, supplements, etc. He also spent so much time and money on everything on the market. For years, nothing  worked and his diabetes was getting worse and worse. At that crucial moment in his life, he finally remembered his father's and grandfather's method of self healing of Proper Elimination, Raw Grains, Raw Vegetables, and Water. It's almost too simple. Within 10 days of elimination of toxins and proper nutrtion, he began to see and feel the difference. In less than 3 months, his Diabetes was under control. He was completely shocked. How can something so simple enable him to control all the symptoms of Diabetes? He then has been a advocate of this method of Proper Elimination, Raw Grains, Raw Vegetables, and Water. What he learned in his 30 years of experience is the fact that our bodies have the power to heal and the natural ability to restore, rejuvenate, and even reverse chronic disease. He shares his experience and knowledge with anyone who wants to learn. Howard Young is now 75 years old and still keeps a rigorous schedule of research and study. His energy comes from Raw Grains, Raw Vegetables, and a plant based diet. I, Lili Young, president of Veggie Family USA, Inc. and also the daughter of Howard Young, have taken the responsibility to continue my father's quest to teach and help others to regain health and well being. My main goal is to continue my father's journey and grow as a  company to be able to make a difference in people's lives.
