Worst supplement shop I have ever been to. First I call the store before I go and they say they had a supplement I was looking for but they didn't have it. I drove all 45 min to get to this store. When i first arrived. The store was closed. They had a sign that said bathroom be right back. Ok I thought no problem 10 min went by so I called the number on the note. The "Owner" answered and said oh I just came to move my car ill be right there. I said ok no problem. 25 min went by still no one had showed up. I called again now he said he he was coming back from a delivery. Y would you of not told me that in the first place. I could of left and came back instead of waiting outside for over 30 min. He said its not his fault there was traffic y didn't you tell me this in the first place. Then the owner showed up and said oh we don't have that by this point I was fed up with his BS first you make me wait to tell me you don't have the product that I called to make sure you had. Worst customer service ever. The owner needs to learn about customer service before he can ever succeed in running his own store. Will never shop here again. I ended up going to LA urban fitness. They price match with online pricing. They gave me a great price.
