Bill has lived in the Los Angeles area for over 45 years. His interest in Real Estate began when he bought his first home. Since then Bill has bought, remodeled and sold several of his own homes and truly understands the Real Estate process as a Buyer, as a Seller, and as an Investor. He moved into his first loft in downtown in 2002. Bill Cooper graduated from USC in 1982 with a BA degree in finance. He held top financial positions in several privately owned corporations before taking an internet marketing company public on the American Stock Exchange in 2000. In 2001 Bill obtained his real estate license and joined Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. He successfully helped clients buy and sell homes in and around West Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Hollywood, Los Feliz, Silver Lake, Echo Park, Mount Washington and Downtown LA.. Bill moved to downtown Los Angeles in 2002 to lay the foundation for his new endeavor and shortly thereafter founded The Loft Expert! Group, which specializes in loft living. Bill joined Keller Williams Realty in 2006 and then returned to Coldwell Banker in 2012 to help them open their downtown office. After a short term working with Loftway, Bill has returned to Keller Williams at their Downtown LA office. He has enjoyed living and working in downtown Los Angeles for over 10 years and has been voted Best Residential REALTOR™ in Downtown Los Angeles. Bill’s passion for service and understanding of what it takes to complete any transaction with the least amount of problems is matchless in any marketplace. His service to his clients rates number one across the boards. They are his biggest supporters, referring new clients to him daily. Bill is one of the founders and President of the Downtown Real Estate Association. He is also a member of the Los Angeles’ Central City Association and sits on the Board as Treasurer for the Pershing Square Park Advisory Board.
