Terrible experience with them! I made an online purchase, they charged me the same day, they cancelled the order the next day and after calling them everyday for over a week they still have not refunded my money.. They claim everyday they'll refund and they still have yet to refund my money. Was about $100. So lesson learned. I got screwed out of my money and my order and never got a refund. These people are Bad News! Save yourself the time and headache and shop elsewhere. These people are scam artist. Spoke with manager Michael Rouse multiple times. He did absolutely nothing and was no help. You've been warned. TvI supply is robbing people. Beware!!

We own two online businesses so we ship merchandise daily. We went through many different bubble wrap suppliers before running across TCI Supply. The owner of the company treated us like a friend. His rolls are 750 feet long for $35.00 compared to 175 feet long, from $12- $24 everywhere else. The product is also thicker and more durable than anywhere else we've found. We're in San Diego now and he's offered to drop rolls off at our business whenever his truck comes this way. This is the only company to buy bubble wrap from, for lots of reasons.
