I was billed for a subscription that I had cancelled prior to my monthly billing date. After canceling they said that the payment was already in process for the next month and that they would not refund the amount.



I stopped payment on the my credit card to avoid this unwanted service charge. Then the owner had his employee call me to tell me that he was going to send me to collections for $45 or charge me a pro rated service charge of $25.



Talk about holding my money hostage. This business establishment has exhibited an extremely poor level of customer service.



What a terrible way to handle such a simple situation.
