The St. John's Well Child & Family Center is a nonprofit network of federally qualified health centers in Los Angeles. The center provides case management, medical and mental health care services. The St. John's Well Child & Family Center operates more than 10 facilities, including community health centers and school-based clinics. The center provides primary care, immunization, asthma testing, podiatry, retinopathy screening, and cancer screening services. The St. John's Well Child & Family Center offers case management, crisis intervention and counseling solutions, as well as conducts parent workshops. The center provides lead poisoning prevention, family planning and prenatal care services. The St. John's Well Child & Family Center supports the Program in Social Medicine and Health.
