I love the guys at this store , they are so kind to the birds,

This store is like being in heaven for bird lovers. Even my bird JJ love going into the store and chattering away at all the birds in the store. Great selection of food and treats, lots of toys, and friendly little babies that are the cutiest things in the world they just take my breath away. Go there! you won't be sorry that you did. But give yourself time to play with the birds.

Best bird store I've been to. My bird Speedy loves to go in and pick toys out of a huge selection that they have there. Great Staff and friendly birds. Any question you have will gladly be answered. I wouldn't go anywhere else because nothing can beat them in their prices and friendlyness.

I can't thank the staff of Pampered Birds enough. After having my African Grey for over 30 yrs, I just couldn't imagine getting another bird. I walked into Pampered Birds last week and fell head over heels in love again. Our Timneh African Grey is making us so happy. Thank you again Rudy. You've made my home complete again. I JUST LOVE THIS STORE!

It was my first time visiting the store, it was OK and small, but not even close to GREAT Omar Exotic birds store. i mean some of the birds seem to be dirty,the cages there are so dirty not even one single bird was out of there cage are on a play gym. Also Lourdes or who ever it was at the front desk was pretty nice and easy to talk to. Also she can have an Attitude problem be aware.



I'm looking forward to visiting that store in the further again.

Knowing very little about parrots but wanted one as a pet, we went to Pampered Birds and got a Sun Conure and all of the necessary things needed to house and care for our new pet. The total experience could not have been better!! Lourdes and her staff are top notch knowledgeable professionals who genuinely care about you and your bird. The shop has a inventory and toys, cages, perches, food...etc next to none not to mention to being absolutely immaculate. The owner and staff are never too busy to answer question and provide expert advice.



We find it quite refreshing in this day and age to be able to obtain such professional individual service.

Great store if you are into birds. Their parrots are exceptionally beautiful and prices are right.

It is truly the best bird store I have ever seen anywhere, and I've been to a lot of them. They have the largest

variety of birds and toys and then lets talk about the prices! If you check out the prices at Petco and then go to

Pampered Birds you will be shocked at the difference in prices. The money you save on the price of the bird you can actually buy a cage with it. And the owner, Lourdes, she is so friendly and knowledgeable she makes

you feel right at home with her rescued birds terry the toucan and chili the macaw. So all I can say is go

there it's awesome.

Peta would be proud if this store. I have kept a watchful eye on many pet shops throughout Los Angeles and Pampered Birds is a model establishment. Congratulations to the Owners and staff. I would also like to thank them for taking the times to answer all my questions regarding the daily routines of the largers birds in the store. On behalf of all the Toucan lovers, thanks for saving Terry's (Swainsens toucan from Costa Rica) life and giving him so much love and care. Emily
