I have gestational diabetes. This is a condition that has to be monitored constantly. I have now been without my test strips for a WEEK, AND A HALF! The doctor has sent the prescription in to them TWICE. I have had the hospital that I am going to deliver at contact them because I cannot get my damn supplies. I have called them four times already about this. My sugars are out of control. I was put on diabetes medication last Friday, and I cannot take it because I have no testing strips in order to monitor my sugars. This can be dangerous, as drug induced hypoglycemia can kill an unborn child. I have asked that they cancel my order, so I can get it from a Walmart pharmacy, and was told I will be on the hook for their 'complimentary' kit that I received at the doctors office. This will cost me at least $150 out of pocket. This is place is a train-wreck! Not only have they billed my insurance for products that I have not received, but now my insurance will not pay for me to get more from a walk in pharmacy. I hope these people rot in hell... Not only have I had more complications due to their incompetence, I have also wound up in labor and delivery due to complications from not being able to monitor my sugars. TOTAL, AND UTTER RUBBISH! IF YOU ARE THINKING OF USING THESE PEOPLE, PLEASE DON'T! YOU ARE PUTTING YOUR CHILD'S LIFE AT RISK! The only reason they get one star is that I had to rate them that way on here. RUN!
