I was a bit weary of Ethiopian food until a friend told me I had to try it. Eating with my hands at a restaurant was a bit out of my norm, but I must say the food was really tasty! The vegetarian delight was what the server had recommended to me a s first timer. The mixture of flavors and the yummy bread that you unroll and rip off to eat with was delicious.

The food was not tasty, and the waitress was rude. I have had better food in other Ethiopian restaurants.

My husband and I and our friends have been dining at Messob for many years. The food has always been delicious. I particularly like the Kitfo and my husband's favorite is the lamb stew. The vegetables are a taste treat all their own--the vegetarian plate is a delightful introduction to the Ethiopian way with veggies.
