The worst system. I got a traffic ticket and paid it on line (and paid the unreasonable $10. extra for the "administrative fees") because the website encourages you to do so to avoid going in person and pay parking fees and so forth. Well the website took my money bt never gave me the option to enroll for traffic school. I wanted to get traffic school because if not; according the the website and phone line; you'll get your insurance fees significantely affected. After numerous attempts the website did not give me that option then, I decided to call the phone number on my ticket to register over the phone. I called several times. First it was not working the message on the phone was "this line is temporarily out of service, call on Monday" (also the website was down a couple of times that I logged in, same message to log in on Monday) then I finally called back on Monday and I had to listen to this recorded voice for like 15 min. and still could not get through with a live person, I wanted to ask why I couldn't register for traffic school! then I went back again to the website to see if it would give me the choice again and when I chose to register for traffic school on line, the system would tell me to pay the ticket and wait 24 hrs to register, so I then paid the ticket. Then the next day I called again and put the confirmation number of the payment and then it would say this case is closed and would not allow me to move forward. I wanted to just request traffic school but stupid system would not allow me. In the middle of my frustration with the system. Then I went to the yellow pages online and found another phone number for the same court, and guess what? another recording that does not give you in any part of it a choice of talking to someone live or the choice of requesting traffic school! It is frustrating and unrealiable. So, now I have to take the day off from work, pay parking fees and stand in line just to request traffice school. So, the $10. extra fee I paid for doing it online, and to avoid going was just irrelevant and a total rip off! and of course unrefundable. This is the most frustrating system ever! and just to think that all this is paid out of our own taxes, yet you don'f have access to it, it is just amazing and unbelievable.
