Liberty Tires = POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE/POOR MANAGEMENT

They will help you immediately if you are friends with them, but otherwise forget it....

Went to them to get a slow leak fixed on one of my tires.

First got there and went into the office and let them know what I needed. One of the guys in the office tells me to drive to the back and someone will help you.

I drive to the back garage area and park near the garage entrance. I see 2 guys around another car, one is working on the brakes and the other is on his cell phone.

I wait a few minutes and see the guy on the phone walk into the office. I walk to the garage entrance and see a couple of guys working on cars inside, nobody else around. I go and stand near my car again.

A couple more minutes later and guy comes out asks if I have been helped, I say no and explain what I need. The guy tells me he is going to get someone to help me, so he walks back into the garage. Apparently the guy in the office does not communicate to the worker in the back, so they must expect the customer to hunt down a worker.

10 minutes of waiting and no one comes to help me. Meanwhile, another customer drives up and parks alongside my car. This customer walks over to the garage and calls out to the workers inside and appears to know the workers. Now, in less than one minute, a worker comes out dragging a jack and is ready to service this customer's vehicle.

As the worker is jacking up the customer's car, he finally acknowledges me and asks if I need any help. I tell him I have been waiting and THOUGHT someone was helping me but that was a long time ago. This guy did say that he could help after he finishes with this customer who basically cut in front of me, however he did not seem to care about that.

20 more minutes later, nobody has helped me, and the guy fixing the "cutter's" vehicle is chatting it up with the workers inside the garage and not really servicing the customer's tire.

I guess they don't need the business, and only worry about helping people they know. All others are out of luck.

I will not go there again, and I will be sure to pass along my experience to anyone that needs tire service.

Saved Vacation

Great service! Overall i was very surprised with the customer first mentality something you usually don't get at Pepboys or Autozone type places. Tom the owner was very helpful remembered name without a problem, car broke down on me and was in need of a quick fix due to being out of town and on vacation. Luckily the tow truck driver referred me to Liberty Tires. If in LA area and have car problems definitely consider this place you won't be disappointed. Thanks again Tom.
