I've been a customer of JPB for over a year now, the displays I've purchased are very reasonable and of good quality. I usually stop in when I make trips to L.A., but did not have a trip planned and was running out of jewelry boxes. I called yesterday afternoon to place an order, my order has already arrived! Less than 24 hours since I placed it. Awesome service!

JPB = great! My online eBay/Etsy jewelry design business relies on presentation, so my customers love when I ship out their bracelets in a velvet box from JPB. Most of my shopping time on JPBbox.com is at 2am, so I just add items to my cart and call them in person the next morning to talk to me, to help me with my order personally and get me the best deals. Very friendly employees and owners willing to help at any time ... even if my order is only 12 boxes or one display to use for my photos. I am a small-potato and not a big wholesaler (they have large companies they sell to also) but I can get good prices. Shopping on the jpbBox.com website is better since now they have specials and free shipping, but I live near downtown LA so I was going there for free personal pickup, too. If I search elsewhere and see a lower price I can call and talk to them (I ask for "Robert" at JPB) and he will match anyone else's price. It's rare that I need to, though, because JPB prices are usually MUCH lower than anywhere else online (and also in their DTLA store). They always have the best and lowest prices. The showroom's just fine, I speak English and I found that the staff is helpful and responsive. In the jewelry district shop it's filled with everything I need for my eBay/Etsy jewelry design business. When I ship out a pair of earrings and put them into a fancy box my customers are wowed. JPB Jewelry Box Company has saved me so much money, makes me look great, and helps me work from home -- they sell to small independent designers like me. I think it's worth 5 stars baby!!!
