This was our second year in th...

This was our second year in the place and will be puilling my kid out of this school. I have told my friends also about it and they will be avoiding this school. My nephews goes to a different Catholic school, and I was looking at their school calendar. If you count the number of hours that my kid spent here, it is not even close my nephews. I wonder if this school gets audited, and I wonder how will they do the 200 hours. On paper they might, but they have a lot of so called training and other activities that cut short of the required hours the kids should be schooled at. The so-called principal is not very approachable, and if she is, she has an attitude as if this is my school and I can do what I please. Then we have this Taste of the World event, I know fundraisers are required, but they should be flexible enough to allow people who simply wants to wathc and not eat. What are the wristbands for?, besides my parents are both DIabetic and cannot eat what they offer. We were told, either we but the tickets or just stay outside. I dont think, this should be the attitude of a Catholic School. What is also ironic is that they do not celebrate the Feast of the Holy Trinity. They have feast for St. Patrick, Halloween and other events... but none for their feast day. One parent suggested, maybe its because it doesnt involved making money. Maybe they are right... but still not bringing my child back to this school ever. Oh.. the teachers are nice and are the only asset to this school, too bad the principal brings them down like a big bully.
