I was one of those people that feared the dentist, until I went to the Gentle Dental Center. Unlike some other reviewers I have found the office staff is all very friendly, polite and professional. Very low keyed office, knowledgeable and easy going. I have recommended many friends and family to them and they have all agreed. I highly recommend them if your'e looking for good dentist!

I had to go for five visits before I found another dentist in my hmo network. I was so happy to leave this wretched place!



Gentle Dental is as unprofessional as it gets. The dentist spends most of his time up front while some younger "dentists/interns" do the work. They always seem to lose essential tools, have problems finding records and mail, and have only the very basic equipment. When my mouth was filled with blood, I couldn't turn my head to spit and rinse into a bowl attached to the chair. Instead I had to hop off the dental chair and walk over to a sink. Meanwhile blood was dripping down my bib.



Tools were usually missing off the tray when needed, and it did not look as clean as I have been used to. Instruments were often dropped on the floor. They only do the most basic dental services and have to refer you to specialists for anything other than the bare dentistry basics. It's a rip-off of insurance companies and co-payments are sky high. STAY AWAY from this place!
