G&S is a small independent jewelery place in Koreatown. Alex is the owner and has done a ton of work for my family and it is always flawless. His store is full of interesting things, but he specializes in custom work. my husband and I got our engagement/wedding rings from him and love them. He works very hard for his customers, educating you about stones, giving his opinions, but always checking with you first. The work can take a long time, but it is top rate and beautiful. Also, I don't find him that expensive. If you took my wedding ring and went to a chain place, it would have been way more expensive. His work is gorgeous and unique, and you can't go wrong!
