Large store, extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. They are fantastic and help as much as possible.

Great neighborhood store with competitive prices. Good suggestions, and helpful staff. There's no need to go to the chain stores, when you can support a local business.

Works very well as the local alternative to the larger stores. Some of the staff members are not great with kids but overall a nice store.

This is the absolute worst pet store I have ever been in my life. One of my neighbors has a kitten that wasn't nursing from the mom so I went in to buy baby milk for her. There was an older lady in the front so I went to ask her where to find it. Then she just stared at me for like 30 seconds without saying anything and started to scream: Why did you let your cat have kittens??? I figured she was having a bad day so that didn't bother me.. it happens. So I politely replied to her it's my friends cat and I really need to get this milk.

So then her eyes start feeling up in tears as she screams to me: I told you last time you were here to not let that happen!!!

wth?? I never been to this place before! This is the first time I ever gone to this place and it will be the last time. So I just walked away and looked for it myself. The girl that rang me up apologized for the old lady. Wow I feel sorry for all those kids working there!!
