This company lost me at the application process. I contacted an agent and was told that the Fleur De Lis property contained studios from $1195-$1295 but only the $1295 was available at that time. That's fine, I stated I would check back to see if the less expensive unit came available shortly. On July 24th, I checked the website and verified the studio pricing of $1295 and I decided to go ahead and submit an application via the website. Right after I sent a follow up email with additional information. I was contacted by a different agent and told that the unit would be $1395. I looked at the website - they had changed the pricing. I was told that the pricing changed the day I submitted my application and because I did not give any kind of monetary deposit they would not honor that quoted price. First of all, how would a person that is out of state submit an online application AND a deposit at the same time? On their site, there is no way to transfer money to the agency at the time of online application. Why even offer an online application capability if it means nothing? It all seemed very shady and ominous of what renting from this company would be like. I am not positive that they can be trusted. I wouldn't recommend renting any property from Swel Group www.swelgroup.com
