Very discriminated, offer no interest in rent a car, don't want do anything for help just because "Im polite but with broke english and looking poor", they want make sure to put you back to your level. (3 weeks prior the reservation I was at the brand personally to introduce myself to the manager)



Im a loyalte Exotic customer for about 3 years in a different brand location (Sta Monica) with just returned a car and pay US$5000 for 2 weeks rental, and always been treat right but it think it doesn't matter for this brand location even been the same company.

I just tried to starting do business with this location for the convinente 24 hours of operation.



I did my reservation with a manager by phone and never received a email confirmation, also he (manager) set wrong date and time for pickup, when I called for cancel the reservation (24hrs before) he was rude and asked "why?", asking do I need another reason different than "I don't need the car anymore", also want charged me a fee for a cancelation.



If you really need a EXOTIC car at LAX found another rent-a-car, different brand closed by or be prepare to be treated as a trash if you are not rich of course, otherwise don't worry, they will "lick your shoes".
