Got a $500 quote from Julian over the phone for a ceramic coat. When I arrived, Ansel added a $150 paint correction for a total of $650 out the door. Not sure if that's standard practice, but make sure when you call for a quote ask them to include everything.
Also, asked for a touch up on a rock chip that included wet sanding and ceramic coating. When I came to pick it up they forgot to sand it or coat it. They took a minute to polish it before handing over they keys, needless to say-it didn't do much. I'm just going to do it myself.

Lessons learned:
1. For ceramic coating: Call to ask for out the door pricing.
2. For touch ups: Call before picking up to make sure they addressed everything.
