My son called this company to clean a couch and the carpet in his small one bedroom apt. He was quoted less than $200 over the phone and when the dispatcher came, they said it needed more work and charged him $572. He was mortified and called to question. The co didn't respond so I called. 8 times. I was given the run around. They wouldn't tell me the owners name and kept saying they would review charges and call me back They never called me back. They didn't act in a professional manner at all. I finally said I would call the BBB and the manager said he didn't care. I said they acted like thieves and should have told me at beginning that they were sorry they wouldn't settle. They cursed me out in a very abusive manner. Awful people to deal with. Doesn't matter how they clean if they treat customers like dirt.

Cleaning California Carpets is the best carpet cleaning I have worked with. Their work is professional, and they are by far the cheapest carpet cleaning in comparison to other companies. I worked with other companies in the past who managed to do a decent job, however their service sucked. But Cleaning California Carpets provided great service, professional work, and most importantly they were low in price. Thank you very much Cleaning California Carpets!!!‎
