I would like to thank ANR Roofing for the expeditious manner they replaced my parent’s four unit apartment. It was between them and another roofing company but I went with them due to their reviews on various sites. They were able to come and replace the roof (February 2016) before any major downpours, which I am extremely thankful. Although there was a small hiccup with the entryway roof, a worker did come-out and reviewed the water leak. It was determined it was not due to the roof but a window, which is a major relief that we can fix that. I am not a roofing expert so their assurance that the roof is leak free is all I wanted to know. I know I was a difficult client to deal with so I would like to thank ANR for their professionalism. They maintained their high standards in their work, which is what customers are looking for in company. I would like to thank Delia in accounting for always responding to my emails and her courteous manner.

ANR did an excellent job at repairing our roof which included removing the clay tile from entry way and replacing with shingles that matched the roof. You can't tell the difference! Great service! Thanks!

A&R roofing just finished re-roofing my house, and it looks great!! They knocked it out in 1 day. I have NO complaints, the job went smooth and clean up was great. And I just noticed they cleaned my rain gutters, that was a sweet treat!! Can't recommend them enough, thanks for everything!!

I had A&R Roofing to fix my balcony which the water proofing material and paint were coming off. I got my estimation on the spot. I made an appointment with them and they showed up on time. The workers are very nice and friendly. The supervisor of the job is very efficient and on time to check the progress everyday. I love the product they recommended as well. I will recommend them for everyone who needs roofing works.

ANR was very professional from making the appointment, to giving the estimate to completing the job in a timely manner. Eli was the salesperson we dealt with and it was great doing business with him. Ricardo was the project manager and was also very professional and friendly. Services were delivered as promised and I would definitely recommend ANR to everyone.

Their price was competitive. They were on time. The job was well done.

A new roof had been long overdue and we finally started the process to look for a reputable and competent roofer. We met with four different roofers and got four different quotes, spanning from about $7000 to about $15,000 - a huge difference in price for pretty much the same work quoted.



Andy was very personable and answered all of our questions (and there were many!) very patiently.



ANR's original quote, additional change orders and charges in general were the most reasonable out of all of the roofers. ANR was also the only company that followed up consistently after they sent over the quote and were very diligent about making sure all of our questions were answered even after the initial meeting.



All six roofers were on time and worked very hard - they completed everything from 7am to 7pm, same day. They made sure to clean everything up, from the top of the roof to even the yard.



Office staff was also extremely helpful - sent me the invoices and receipts via e-mail promptly.



We would definitely recommend Andy and ANR - thankfully a new and beautiful roof is on our house! :)

Called and they came out right away to give me a quote. Ricardo explained our options and provided us with a quote the next day. Having been burned by another roofing company in the past, we were looking for a company to fully understand our problem and provide not only a durable solution - but also an aesthetic one. Their repair to another companies sloppy work looks great. The ANR team showed up on time, did the work quickly and neatly! Bring on the rain!

ANR was the 3rd quote that we received and it was obvious that we would use them after we met Andy. He worked with us based on our tight budget to allow us to get all the necessary work on our roof. We felt very comfortable working with ANR as they were very detailed in their explanation of each step in the roofing process. After we signed the contract, work was performed in a timely and effortless manner that required no supervision from our part. After completion of the project, Andy and his team continued to be very responsive in providing certain documents that we requested. We would definitely recommend ANR for all your roofing needs.

ANR's service is great! It was raining during the week we planned to do the roofing job, so Andy and his team put a temporary plastic on the leak to prevent further damage. Their level of professionalism, efficiency, and honesty is impeccable. Can't recommend them enough to our friends and family!

On the day it rained we had a wedding and the roof started leaking right where the cake display was being set up and it leaked in several areas in our church. The people went crazy because a wedding was going to take place.We called ANR Roofing and told them it was a 911 situation.They should up right away worked on the roof and the wedding was fabulous. im going to try to post some pictureson another day to show the solid work.

Made a call and got to speak to Andy about my unique situation. I needed help with spray insulation between my brick fireplace and my house. All the other companies just blew me off and said they couldn't help me. Andy was honest upfront and even quoted me a reasonable minimum. Best of all he told me what I could do to save the expense by DIY. Even said he would give me tips. EXCELLENT SERVICE AND STRAIGHT FORWARD!!! I will definitely be using ANR When it comes time for their services!

This place did a great job. Ruben, the employee who was in charge of the repair, was very true to his word in terms of being on time and also gave us the lowest quote of the three places we had done research on. So far everything is good with the repair they made so I would definitely recommend them!

They are professional, friendly, and go out of their way to give excellent service. They needed to come back to install an extra part I ordered for the solar attic fan they installed, and there was no charge for this extra time!!!

They were on time and professional. They provided the most comprehensive information regarding repairing our roof.

Eli, Ruben and Rick are a great team! They were hired to replace a flat roof and some gutters and did a great job while finishing in 2 days. We had some concern with the way the gutters were angled and asked ANR to come back out, they promptly came back out and fixed the issue to our liking.  Definitely would hire and recommend ANR for future projects!

My parents appointed me with the responsibility of finding a roofer to reroof their roof. My mission obviously started with thourough research on the types of roofs, durability, colors and of course costs. I spoke to 4 different companies. two of them seemed to be simply trying to make a sale as opposed to thouroughly answering my questions and providing solutions to problems. Once I realized 2 of the four were really blowing smoke I decided to get a free estimate from ANR and another company. The latter provided an estimate that seemed way off the mark and then they started to play the whole pitch high and end up in the middle game. Well I wasn't playing...Ruben provided a very straight forward estimate that was outside of our budget as well. But the difference was that he literally took the time to explain how that price was derived. We then began to negotiate and we were both able to compromise based on our budget. We also like that Ruben was not the "typical pushy salesman." I liked his attitude and his approach. Needless to say, we contracted ANR Roofing for the job. They arrived on time as scheduled and they adheared to the timeline that Ruben provided. All the workers were very humble and very hard working. In the end we got a very well installed roof that looks amazing and within our budget. Ruben also provided alternatives for future consideration, which we liked very much.



2 things I recommend:

1. Do your homework before calling anyone (so no one tries to swindle you)

2. Call ANR and speak to Ruben.

Professional and Courteous! I hired ANR to install copper gutters, attic-insulation, 2 solar attic fans and reroof our 40'x25' garage with a white cool roof. Price was honest and fair, work was done a timely fashion and the entire staff was easy to work with from start to finish. If your looking for a good roofing company contact ANR roofing!

Removed old tile roof, & installed new lightweight tile & rigid foam insulating slabs underneath where there was no insulation. Finished the edges of the insulation with galvanized metal.

I obtained several estimates from companies listed on Angie's List. Overall it was an excellent experience. From the initial estimate to final clean-up, Andy Chavez & his crew were punctual, hard-working, & careful of our landscaping. I would definitely recommend them.
