I took my scooter in for a new ignition & they kept my bike for 2 months, without even fixing it. Every time I called it was another excuse. They eventually towed it to a real mechanic & told me if I ever needed help again they'd "hook me up"... Al - I wouldn't let you or your team work on another bike of mine even it was free.

I went here with my 2011 Yamaha fz6r to get my clutch plates done and they did a great job drives like a champ and he threw in a front tire for free it's a very good shop and I'm definitely gonna keep going here...great prices and great customer service there all cool people.

My friends always takes their bikes here all the time.
Very trustful no worries about parts getting stolen.

Al’s Cycle Shop sleazy dope fiend moves has infuriated me.

Trying to build my credit, I paid with a Credit Card, or so I thought. Later, I found out that they didn’t use my credit; they maxed out my cash credit line. This put a $30 fee on my bill, and suspended my Cash Credit Line. Al isn’t beyond deceitful business practices, which could also be dishonest assessments or setting a bike to break for your future business.

DONT DO IT! This is why ...I have done all maint myself on my bike sense it was new i was haveing a problem with the electronics of it and they said it needed a tune up carb rebuilt my automatic cam chain tenisoner adjusted "its automatic adjusting on its own and plugs" cost 556.78 I DONT THINK SO MY BIKE ITS A 1990 ONLY WITH 2 CARBS. also my tank got damaged,and my fairing got broke with a gash 6 inches long he did fix the tank which was inc had pits in bondo and it had runs in it and he refused to fix the fairing all of this happend at his shop no one confessed up as to what or who hit it with what! and the paint did not match the bike.

I was considering selling my bike...because of bad experience and the high prices of other shops, until one day a friend reffered me to cycle shop. i called over there and they send over their tow guy to pick me up for $35.00 the next day i receive the estimate for repair and i was very happy with the price. The motorcycle is now running in great condition. I highly recommend this shop to everybody.
