Beware Buyers: I had the most prolonged and worst solutions for a burnt out hard-drive! Granted they are pretty quick, but they offer you a warranty on a hard-drive that they themselves do NOT back up. They send it back to the manufacturer and its been 1 YEAR, and I haven't heard back. Their replacement burned out in 1 month! And then they tried to still charge me for repairs even though I came in before the in-store 90 day guarantee was up. They acted like I bothered them to cal and check on my computer, but these people do the minimum, and customer service is horrible! I don't know if this has changed since they moved, but unless your problem is very simple or you need to buy a quick accessory PLEASE DON'T be taken advantage of!!

The service was outstanding!!! I was having issues with my MAC Laptop the and the techs were so nice and understanding. Im a college student and BUSY so it was nice to know that I could drop off my laptop and have it back with a day!!! The prices are great as well since Im still in school I thought it was going to cost an arm and a leg but, it fit perfectly into my budget. Most stores you dont see the owners in the stores helping out but the owner Arturo Salcedo was very informative answering my questions. I would recommended everyone to stop by and check it!
