Lots of pros and cons.



Great tasting pizza with lots of options for toppings (my favorites are the peppadews). The brick oven at the titular temperature makes the pizza ready quickly after you've ordered.



However, the cooking process also causes the pizza to be extremely floppy. Knife and fork required. Pizza is also fairly pricey.

good solid pizza that's freshly made before your eyes! you get to pick the base and ingredients and oregano shaked on fresh off the branch.
