I went in for just a chain, got the wrong one, even though I specifically ask twice to confirm, they said it was the right one. Came back to get right one, spent two days waiting for them to get the right chain. They wouldn't refund the money even though it was their mistake. Finally decided to get my bike back, afraid of more mistakes. Lost time and money, since I ended up buying the "right" chain at a nearby shop, took my 5 minutes at the other shop. Nope, I won't go back to them.

these guys have the best prices in that area compare to lion's bike shop or la bicycles idk why your saying they are pot heads........that's so rude of you, i always come to this store and they treat me great!
