We came in from out of town with a very sick kitty. After spending Xmas day at the emergency vet, which was not awesome, and being rudely turned away the day after by 2 other vet hospitals, we lucked out by calling Sanlando. They told us to come in right away, and we further lucked out by being matched with Dr. Magaldino. If there was ever a person who has met her professional calling, it is Dr. M. She was honest about our cat's situation, but was also amazingly empathetic and after what we had been working with previously, an absolute blessing. While we weren't able to save our pet, his passing was handled with grace and sensitivity, and we will be forever grateful to Dr. M. And the amazing staff at the Sanlando Springs Animal Hospital.
