Not a reputable company. As an owner, avoid this property management company at all costs. My account was transferred between four property managers within one year without my knowledge for some of these transfers. I asked for the property manager to keep me informed as to a tenant's move out and what they were charging her for since I did a walkthrough close to the end of the lease. Yet, the final notice was sent without my review or consent after numerous follow-up emails from me. Basically, I was told that I had no business knowing this information, but I'm the OWNER hiring you so if I request to be involved, so shouldn't that be honored? It took them three months to provide me with the tenant's security deposit to make repairs to the unit for this same move out. In addition, they do not handle problems with tenants in ways that benefit the owner...they look for the easiest solution for them. When you call, the employees are rude and act like you are pestering them.
Avoid working with them if you can!

I am currently a renter, and will probably lose my deposit for this, but will report back on that as well. I love the house we are in. I have only asked for the dishwasher and garage door to be repaired in the 2 years here, usually I fix things myself. (the dishwasher was replaced with one much less adequate, btw)



But 3 days ago, a rodent died in my attic, and they won't do anything. They had a termite company come out, who acknowledged that it smelled bad, and wished us luck. I spoke nicely to several people in the office, yet I am stil told that maybe they can fix it on Saturday. It is now only Wednesday. I have small children here, and consider this a health hazard.



If the problem is solved satisfactorily today, I will amend this, remove it, etc. Otherwise, I will pursue further action.

The people are great and were ...

The people are great and were very precise on all aspects about the house. I rented with them and when I had a problem I called and it was taken care of in no time. I would most definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a rental or purchase. I will use them to buy my house as soon as that time comes. Thanks for all you did for me and my family.

DO NOT rent with them. Prior to signing our lease we looked at a house that was less than new but tolerable. All the cleaning and yard work was totally doable with the help of our children. The staff was very nice and seemed to be more than accommodating. We knew that our drama with private owners was over. However, when it came time to return our deposit they completely robbed us with piddly fees that amounted to over $900! $190 to pressure wash the driveway? Are you serious? We only moved three houses down, the driveway to this day has not been cleaned. $45 for a plastic adhesive "J BAR" that popped off the sliding glass door after a month? The pool was black when we moved in! WE CLEANED IT while we were there! And we left extra chemicals and tablets when we moved out! Our agent even came to the house while we were moving and did a 'once over' clean pool, mowed lawn, clean carpets...no issues. Well, it is what it is, but if i had known i was gonna be charged for the golf ball sized dent, in ac vent, in the office that we never used, i would have taken pics when we did the punch list. I suppose the home owners are thrilled with their service, but us lowly renters get the bill. I hope the next tenants enjoy the new amenities we never got and definetly paid for. If indeed our money ever makes it to that driveway...
