I boarded my dog here for 5 nights after having a good experience with the place 7-8 years ago with my old dog. Big mistake!
I picked up my dog at 9:30am like we agreed on. He was bathed and ready to go. I used a coupon for a free bath after a 3 night stay. The girl at the front counter refused to honor the coupon. Argued with me that he stayed 5 nights and not 3 even though the folks offered the coupon when I dropped him off. I assumed the 3 nights was a minimum. With no manager to speak to and exhausted from my trip, I just wanted to get my dog and leave.
I then asked where his blanket was. For 15 minutes she looked around in cabinets, asked everyone I could see, and called her manager. She finally found it, tied it up in a grocery bag and said he had an accident and it hadn't been washed yet, sorry. I received a call from her while I was in my car leaving that she was wrong about the coupon and she can credit my next stay. I told her I wanted a refund. She said her manager would call. After a voicemail and a returned call, she took my credit card info and said she'd refund it. I again asked to speak to a manager. She said they'd call. More than 24 hours later and still no call.
I opened the bag with the blanket and it was soaked with urine! Smelled absolutely horrible and was clearly more than one accident. Maybe my dog spent his entire stay with this smelly disgusting thing? Maybe he too was disgusting until his bath? Maybe he was fed and given water? I can only guess and he's not telling. Find somewhere else to take your pet that takes care of their animal and people clients.

This place is awesome! Every time we travel or just need a break we leave our Yorkies here, they're friendly professional very clean caring and fun! When we pike up our Yorkies they're groom very great! The staff is excellent ! If you're never tried this place please do now you will not regret it. Safe and trustworthy ! I take my 3 dogs to Country Club Pet World and the staff is always very accommodating. I have 2 Anatolian Shepherds that are not always easy to handle, but our dogs love this place and the staff. They have the facilities and knowledge to house & take care of giant breed dogs. Trying to bring 3 dogs in is always difficult but they are always super helpful and make the process as easy as possible. This is the only place we take our dogs and have used them multiple times. The experience has always been pleasant. If you need dog boarding in the Longwood area this is the place I recommend.

Our dog seemed to enjoy his boarding experience. The people are great and seem to love animals. They have a yard that they take the dogs out to play in daily. Before we picked him up, he was bathed and ready to go.

Country Club Pet World is the best place to board and groom your pets! We have taken our pets there for years! We now have one Pet and they love him like family! Thank you Country Club Pet World from the Pérez Family!

Just moved to the area and was told about this place by local vet. I went and toured the facility and felt very comfortable, I made a reservation. I was so impressed when I picked up my dogs. They were so happy and loved the girls. The employees knew things about my animals that I as an owner would only know about there personalities. It was pretty obvious that they took time to love them. I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves their babies.

I just moved to the area and was referred to Country Club by a local vet. I went and toured the facility cause of the review I read on line. The place did not smell like a kennel. It was very clean. Anyways the girls were so welcoming I decided to book my babies for a stay. I picked them up today and was so excited to see they loved the place. The employees knew things about my babies that I as an owner would only know about their personalities. It was pretty obvious that they took time to love and care for them. I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves their babies.

In responce to Megahya insult- I was in the lobby at the time of your checkout and you were very rude to the girls. Wanted to let you know that you could use some common sence about your blanket being a mess! Do you honestly think it was the only dirty blanket out of that kennel in the laundry, which I would think would be a pile considering the number of dogs they board but hey thats just my way of thinking. Also I have been boarding my animals for over 15 years and am very thankful I have a place they can consider a home away from home. They don't have to wash any of our things we bring for our kids but they do! You made the girl behind the counter very nervous cause you were very demanding and rude!!! If you would of taken the time(patience) you could see that. You can't say your dog was dirty or not fed, as far as I saw he was not underweight or dirty and very happy!!

I was referred to Country Club by a friend. I looked them up and found great reviews so I decided to board my three large babies(dogs) with them. I chose the Peabody cause my babies are very active. This was my first time leaving them so I was very nervous. The staff tho was great and very informative sensitive to my concerns. I picked them up after a 2 week stay and was so impressed. Their groomer did an awesome job and I could tell they were well taken care of. The staff knew things about each dog that you could only know if you spent quality time with them. Would def refer them to everyone.

I was referred to Country Club for grooming. I took my giant schnauzer in and when i picked him up he was beautiful! I was very impressed with the grooming Debi did and how friendly the staff was. I recommend them to everyone!

I have boarded my 2 dogs and cat several times with a happy heart that my pets are well taken care of. Twice I needed to board them for an entire month. The last time I did that I was so excited to see my guys after such a long time, I knew they would cry for joy to see me. I got a token wag of the tail.....they wanted to stay with the attendant and play some more I guess! They do get play time and not all kennels will do that. They are very exact with special instructions which is important to me. One of my dogs is 15, and I couldn't imagine leaving him anywhere else.

My family has used this facility since I was a child for our pets. I have since moved out of state but frequently visit the area. I take my dogs with me when I visit FL and board them there. I wish they had a facility up here! My dogs always leave happy!
