This just so happens to be the worst mechanic I have ever brought a car to. My car was not starting they said it was possible the started and it was going to be $229.00 to find out if so. So, OK I said yes, then they realized it was not the starter and that when they did a compression test that was the problem (low compression.) Then he said I basically needed a new engine ($5,500) based on these results. I said no thank you, he then had no problem charging me $550.50 for a new started and labor hat ended up not even being the problem. I then found a guy that told me it was piston rings and a couple of other problems and fixed the car for $560 dollars. So I wasted two weeks of my time, $550 dollars, and overall he was wrong about his diagnostics. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE, I WAS TOLD NOT TO GIVE THE GUYS NAME WHO FIXED MY CAR for $560; BUT GO TO FIRESTONE COMPLETE IF ANYWHERE NEEDED IN LONGWOOD (400 W State Road 434, Longwood - (407) 830-5557) THEY ARE 400 TIMES BETTER THEN AUTOMOTIVE

Automotive One quoted me $299 for the install of a tow hitch on my Volvo XC90. He said that "as a rule, all Volvo's come equipped with the proper wiring. In the event that your Volvo somehow does not have this wiring, we will let you know because it will be an additional charge". When I arrived to have the hitch installed, no mention was made about the wiring until the job was done and I received a $420 invoice. Todd gave me a story about how the original owner must have removed the "module" because there were all kinds of compartment hatches removed, and things out of place in the carriage of the vehicle. Little did he know that the original owner was my father and he has never removed anything, nor has he been into the carriage of the vehicle. The vehicle only has 30,000 miles on it, and is in impeccable condition. I then called my father to confirm that nothing had been removed from the vehicle, and he went on to tell me that the vehicle had never even been taken to the shop! I was

Automotive One has a great team. They do all my main repairs to my wife and my cars. They do a great job. They are on time and are very fair priced. They are a little more expensive then some other places, but they will tell you the truth about your need repair and never try and lie about need repairs.I trust their entire team. Leon, Todd, and Lisa are very professional. They now there stuff and will freely give you short term and long term advise.ThanksJeremy
