Been going to Glen for years. Most straight forward guy I ever met. Never have to worry about getting the run around, Makes it easy to do business with. Always good service at reasonable charges too.

Glen @ Quality Auto is a great mechanic. He knows his stuff and treats you fair and is honest. We sure are glad he took over ownership. We take all our cars there, he doesn't fix things unless they really need fixed. He is great at taking the time to answer all your questions.

Wow I wonder if the people complaining actually took their car here? Cannot be the same place. Very customer service orientated, Glen , the new owner is the best. have taken my car to him for years. He has always been fair, honest and reasonable.

The original owner, Brent sold this business to Glen who has been working in this shop for many years. I would trust any car I own to be repaired here. Glen is honest, trust worthy and a good mechanic which is hard to find. Really, one star because of being unable to use the parking lot? When I called I was able to get my car in within a couple of days.

Word to the wise to do not take your car to Brent's Auto. They had my car for almost a month, over two thousand dollars later I'm spending a ton of money somewhere else to fix the same thing because they don't guarantee their work. I took it in at least six times trying to get them to fix the problem they never did in the first place and they blew me off since they already had my money. The day I left there something literally fell out of the bottom of my car because they had not rebolted it in there. Ugh! Hate getting screwed over!!!

Be aware! I was present in front of this business during the cruise on Saturday, August 23 2009. His shop is in a strip mall that shares a parking lot with other businesses. A gentleman had his pride and joy pickup parked in the parking lot awaiting the cruise. When the gentleman returned his pickup was gone from where he had left it. Upon talking to others that were parked in the same parking lot, they notified him that "Brent" was upset that the pickup was parked where his friends and family wanted to sit. So "Brent" took it upon himself to attach a chain to the restored classic and drag it out into the street against onlookers pleading not to. "Brent" then left a note in the pickup using very vulger language, calling the gentlman names for parking there. When confronted by the pickup owner, Brent was very arrogant and a young man in his group with a face full of piercings tried attacking the innocent pickup owner verbally and had to be held back. Highly recommend this shop. Very honest, gives realistic advice, fair prices. Takes a while sometimes to get an apt. but that's because they are good.
