if you want to see a business that is a collection of mouth breathing zombies, then this is the place to go. they dont care about you if you ordered a small quantity of material. they personally cost me an entire day of work because of their ineptness and lack of any understanding that someone elses time is worth something...this is the 2nd time i have visited the company with similar results. there will never be a third time. this company is a collective waste of skin.

I would stay as far away from this company as possible! I had a metal Metal Sales roof put onto a new home (finished in Feb., 2015) and have had continual problems with it. There is oil canning-- typical of standing seam metal roofs-- but the excessive noise associated with the oil canning is unbelievable! We have to listen to buckling and thunder-like noise continually on partly-cloudy days (whenever a cloud passes overhead, resulting in a thermal change). The company sent out a rep who walked around, asked a few questions of the contractor (and asked for some photos of the roof), then wrote a "report"....essentially saying there's nothing they will do to lessen the noise (even though the rep said he'd never heard so much noise associated with oil canning. There was NO ATTEMPT WHATSOEVER to inspect the roof to make certain it was properly installed, nor whether the panels are even the correct gauge! I was told the only thing about the roof that is warranted is the color! Yikes! Anyhow, we'll need to have an independent roofing expert determine whether the noise problem can be solved by using backer rod (a common noise-reducing practice utilized by many companies), or perhaps by slightly loosening the clips that hold the metal panels (thereby allowing them to float, as they're supposed to do). If these "fixes" do not work we'll have to install a new roof....at OUR expense! The limited correspondence we received from Metal Sales is indicative of a company who simply wants to make a sale...there is absolutely no interest in customer satisfaction, in my experience. If I could give Metal Sales zero stars I would. What a nightmare this has been!
