I recieved very poor service from Brand Source when repairing my refrigerator. They came out for repairs and two weeks later, the same issue was happening. They came back out at that time and did no further repairs, just a temporary fix that lasted another 2-3 weeks. When we called again for the problem, they stated we were out of the warranty period and wanted to charge us full price for replacing the bad part they installed in the first place.They admitted they installed a bad part that didn't fix the issue, and then wanted to charge us again for their mistake. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY if you want appliance repairs! It's not worth the trouble. They also state in their ads that it's "Satisfaction Guaranteed!", which is a lie and should be considered false advertising.
