First of all the philipino lady that schedules the appointments is terrible at doing that I had to call and schedule twice for her to get it right. The same lady did my massage Im assuming shes the owner. Their menu on here doesnt even say they do massages and its suppose to be a massage spa. My massage was suppose to be a deep tissue it was terrible nothing even close to a deep tissue. She only used hot oil one time on my back and had the nerves to come out and ask for a tip without giving an envelope. The only reason I went there was becasue of the living social deal its was terrible I heard the other lady Jacqueline is really good.
