Never again will I groom my dog at Petsmart!! They obviously lie on the Pawgress reports that are given to you. They have not cut his nails (which they claim they did on the Pawgress report) and one grew and got embedded into the pad of my dog's paw. Woke up to a pool of blood and a crying dog. My dog, which has always been groomed at the Long Beach, CA salon, he was 3 when we started at Petsmart and is now 11. They used to have really good groomers there but now they have groomers that don't really care about the animal. My vet had to remove the nail from his pad. Shame on you Petsmart!!!!
