Ive been a customer of Pabst Kinney for almost 6 years now. This is the very first time I have ever considered giving them a bad review, but this is because of one property manager in particular. Claudia Varron recently took over my property and since then I've received nothing but attitude, accusations and unprofessional behavior on her end. She like to use the phrase "like I said" as if shes talking to a child or I am beneath her. She either doesnt follow up or if she does its with an attitude. Ive had just about enough of her nonsense and therefore has caused me to write a review. I hope shes getting paid what shes worth, which is about $0.01/hr. I'll be glad when I get a letter in the mail saying I have another new property manager. Because CLAUDIA VARRON as a property manager is HORRENDOUS, UNPROFESSIONAL, and TACKY and not worth the investment! Cut her loose, or move her to filing. Something where she doesnt have to interact with people!
