Mr. Willis at Night Owl Printing has the worst business ethic with which I've ever worked.



I had a project that he guaranteed would be done by a certain date. Not only did he not complete the job, he never responded to any of my follow-up e-mails, phone calls, nor at any of the three times that I stopped by at his office during what should be considered normal 9-5 hours was his shop open. There was no visible indication of hours posted.



No apology from Mr. Willis was ever given; no excuses were made. I got absolutely no response from him regarding my project.



I would suggest to go elsewhere for your printing needs.
