I have very good time over here. Nicole and her team are highly trained professionals and my friends who are a regular visitors there speaks very high of them.

I would like to take the time to express how much I enjoy going to Indulgence day spa.
I have been a regular customer now for the past 2 yrs., and every time I go in, Nicole and her staff are always friendly and helpful. They are all highly professional and give great customer service and care, never had a problem with anyone there. I recommend this establishment as one of the best.

If you're looking to get the best facial in town, look no further, just ask for Shay and watch her work magic with your skin, she's fantastic!

I've been to so many spas in Long Beach and the surrounding area, but I just loved my visit to Indulgence. I like to treat myself when I can, but this one was a unique experience. From the front desk staff to my wonderful massage therapist and esthician, it was very relaxing and my skin has never been smoother. She even talked me into getting a back wax and was very gentle. Then I followed this with a M.T.R. massage for a full 60 minute not the usual 50 mintue that you might get at other spas. They did things like wrap my feet, massage my scalp all for the same price. I will return in the near future.

This spa does not disclose openly their charges, the doctor they have for botox is creepy and the manager goes as far as to tell her customers she does not care to keep you as one - I called to question a $125 charge after deciding NOT to get botox because the doctor they have is awful and I was extremely uncomfortable with him. Beware, if you want a great day spa DO NOT come here and if you want to try botox DEFINITELY do not go to this spa - the doctor will try to push you to get as many units as possible and won't care what your concerns are - the manager is rude and does not care about customer satisfaction - terrible combination when it comes to improving your beauty...
