My whole family has gone here for over a decade. Both my grandchildren are clients as well. This place used to be wonderful. The doctors were kind and patient. No more. What ever happened has destroyed everything that was good about this place.



They got rid of my favorite doctor. The new doctor acted as if she could be bothered talking to me. I suffered several illnesses and do not think anyone was even putting the whole picture together. I developed fibromyalgia. The doctor told me to see a psychiatrist.



I went in early for my appt one day because I had a terrible ear ache. She sent out her nurse to tell me I'm bleeding or anything, I'm just in pain. Turns out I had shingles in my ear. ER would not take me. Went back to urgent care and they really didn't know what to do. Prescribed too much anti biotics and ended up in the hospital anyway.



My old doctor would not have done that. She would have seen me and have connected the difference illness before they got worse.



What a waste.

Our family have been part of the Talbert Medical Group (Plaza) for 20 plus years (back when it was FHP). My husband and I have enjoyed the same physician for the majority of the time, up until this past year when Dr. Keisner just quit one day. Our children also have had the same pediatrician (Dr. Chen) up until about 2 years ago.



Everything has gone down hill since then. The wait time has always been an issue, but I never really bothered with it since we really only went once a year for check-ups.



This past 9 to 10 months I have had some medical issues that have required me to reach out for help from the doctors. This has been a nightmare! I have been treated like a number & not an individual. The doctor has lied to me, the nursing staff is horrible...when trying to get through to the doctor..good luck! The nurses are so rude over the phone and I have had NO luck hearing back from the doctor. It's sad to say that after 20 plus years, we will be switching our medical group.



I would advise NOT to go to this facility! Very unhappy customer!!

Horrible service. My family has received consistently bad service from the people here. Long wait times, rude people, and this week was the breaking point. Over the weekend my younger sister began to feel ill, she went to the urgent care center where they made a preliminary diagnosis and referred her to get an ultrasound on Tuesday, (yesterday). She was kept waiting for hours after her appointment time because they stated that there was some discrepancy in her DOB info with the insurance carrier. We called the insurance carrier and they stated that everything was fine and they couldn't understand why Talbert was refusing care. After a battle with the reception people she was finally taken in to see a doctor. He in turn completely dismissed her, caused her actual physical pain, and sent her away. Today her symptoms have gotten worse and she's reluctant to seek further care because of her treatment at Talbert yesterday. I am beyond livid at this doctor and cannot believe he would be so callus when dealing with a scared teenage girl. I am in the process of filing a formal complaint. I will not be placing my families care in their hands ever again.

Very nice facility, clean and very friendly staff. I like the fact that they have after hours, holiday and weekend hours to meet all my medical needs.
