Provided by YP.comExceptional! I've been going to Golden Star for years. I've tried other new places in the area, but Golden Star leaves all of them in the dust. This place is not trendy. It's just about good food, lots of it, and reasonable prices. If you want something cheap, you can get the burger special. For $5.99 you get the burger, a choice of homemade soup (big!), FF, OR, or salad, and a drink! This special is always available. No one can beat that. For breakfast, their breakfast burrito is amazing. I usually get it with ham, but you can get bacon or sausage or ALL THREE! Their homemade salsa is tops too. I love Golden Star's warm and friendly atmostphere--no frills, no gimmicks, just food that makes folks come back for more. Did I mention their hand breaded onion rings? MMMMMM!
