They charged me over $3000 to take my mast down and put my boat on a trailer. Jeff said it took 8 guys to take down the mast and two crane hours. Then 5 men to put the boat on the trailer and two crane hours. Broders said it took them 26 man hours total! They won't take credit cards, want a check, make you sign a 12 page contract and won't give you your boat until you pay. I wouldn't go here again. Call another yard, any yard. They won't give you a quote either, just time and materials. I wouldn't give them one star but that's the lowest I can go. They won't charge you much on your first visit, say a haul out inspection will be half price and then they tell you they will give you credit for that service on taking the boat out etc later. They charged me over $3000 and gave me credit for $174, wow what a deal. I call it bait and switch. Deceptive business practices in my opinion is what I told him. He said they should have charged me more and gave me a break. Ya, right. I noticed they didn't have much business when I was there and I should have known why. Now I do.
