Ive never written a public review before about a "service" this will be my first. More than a week ago I dropped off my vehicle to get some minor work done. I own a older vehicle early 2000's model. I know that body shops nowadays work with newer vehicles (working with newer vehicles usually brings in more revenue). When I asked the owner if he could work on my vehicle he was hesitant at first but took it in. For something VERY minor it took over week! That's not the worst part of it. The owner accused me of losing my vehicles key. At this very point it was getting utterly ridiculous. How could I have lost my key? The business owner obviously had to turn on the vehicle and move it around the shop. I called to check if my vehicle was ready and he told me that it still wasn't done. He thought he had clicked on me or ended the call when I heard him say clearly in Spanish "Ay que la cancion". I understand Spanish perfectly well and that basically means I was being annoying or I was bothering him for something I'm paying them to do. Today I picked up my vehicle and he told me that he had to pay a locksmith to make a new key. I had to pay for that key. I had to pay for the key that he lost. I was very dissatisfied and very disappointed with this place and the "service" that was provided here. Very unprofessional. I paid him and left. Would I recommend this place? Absolutely not.
