The service advisors at Caruso Ford are the best in the business. They always take time to go over all the service maintenance schedule to assure that your vehicle is properly maintained. They also check for any recalls that are pending and take care of them at that time. On a lighter side the new gourmet coffee maker is great.

Needed to do an oil change and did not have to have an appointment, drove in and done within the 1 1/2 hours they said they would do and even had the car washed!

I've been a die-hard import car owner for most of my adult life. Not anymore. I bought the Ford Flex because I needed a seven passenger vehicle with in a luxury style. I'm a Realtor® and real estate investor with a large family. A comfortable, reliable, good looking vehicle was a must. After six months of shopping and test driving, the Ford Flex beat out all imports, hands down. The icing on the cake is the top notch consierge-like service I've received at Caruso Ford. This service is on par with and, in some ways, surpasses the service I've gotten at high end luxury import dealers.

Our sales rep Ron at Caruso Ford made everything easy for us to buy our car. We applied online and within a short while he contacted us and let us know we were approved. All the staff we spoke with was very courteous and knowledgable. We were very pleased with the service we received.
