Bixby's Brooklyn Deli is a traditional Jewish Deli, Voted The Best (#1) Deli in the Greater Long Beach Area in Press-Telegram Reader's Choice Award (2015). Famous for the highest quality hand cut corned beef and pastrami on double-baked rye, as well as chopped liver, nova lox, roast beef, pickled tongue, turkey, smoked tri-tip, egg salad and tuna salad. We use the finest meats, cheese, and spices in our exclusive family recipes. We take pride in sourcing the only the finest ingredients from local artisanal producers; like German Sauerkraut and Pickles from the Kruegermann family, and Jewish Rye from a famous bakery that is 65 years old. Try our fresh bagels with lox and cream cheese or smoked white fish salad. We have a great breakfast menu that includes: omelettes, pancakes and challah French toast, scrambled lox, onions and eggs, and even Matzo Brei! Our desserts are also made from our family recipes. You'll love our New York cheesecake, carrot cake, challah bread pudding, and creme brûlée. The double chocolate cake and the Limoncello cheesecake have their own followings.
