Super unprofessional. She barley answer calls, texts, or at her office. She left our passports with strangers so we can pick them up. They are passports , our identities are in the hand or random people and she said they're at her desk she shared with the water supplies shop. She was that carefree about it and it make me sick to my stomach not knowing what could happen to the passport that We need to travel in less than 3 weeks! If she doesn't understand how to protect the property of people who trusted her, she's shouldn't be running that kind of business ! It is scary !
