Disappointed.

I received flowers from this company and was dissapointed. The flowers were fine but the cup and plate that the flowers were arranged in were not nice at all. The tea cup and plate were both purchased from goodwill. The only reason I know this is because the flower shop didn't bother taking the price off of them (50 cents each). The plate had a hairline crack in it as well. I'm all about recycling but I think this was terrible thing to do since they charge my friend market price for the flowers ($60+ dollars).

Poor Services - Careless Personel- Stay away from the website service for big occasions.

Definitely not the customer oriented business where you want to spend your money, specially the day it really counts.

I spent $98.38 on their website for what I thought a beautiful bouquet of red roses . The bouquet was supposed to be delivered on Valentine'sday to my wife's workplace in the morning.

The delivery truck arrived at her office at 6:30 PM - In spite of the fact that the driver was told that all employees already left, the driver decided to drop a half dead bouquet on the receptionist desk and took off.

I tried to reach Allen's between 1:00 PM and 5:30 PM on Valentine's day to inquire about my bouquet. It is only the next day afternoon that I was finally able to talk to CARLOS. I shared with him my story hoping for some empathy and excuses for their deplorable service -

CARLOS could not care less about my affair. His rationale was that Valentine's day was his biggest day and therefore the quality of his service could not be good. He had to make more than 500 deliveries that day and obviously, mine did not seem to count. Not really the type of excuse you expect to hear from a guy who is supposed to professionally deal with your love messages.
