In 2013 I had several emergencies and my first impression parking attendants were impressive, humble people. I entered the wrong way, I was guided by a parking attendant in a booth on 10th Street, from the parking structure to the entrance I asked another uniformed parking attendant where the entrance was...in the lobby as I looked for the elevators another well uniformed parking attendant came out of the elevators, held the doors for me, and asked if I needed help. They seemed to be everywhere and that was great! I still have my visitor pass, on a folder that once belonged to my father. Papa passed away and everyone that rushed into hospital was able to find parking and see him as he had requested. I know that our family and friends and any visitors that had to pay for parking, that day, PAST, PRESENT OR FUTURE will received great customer service! The rates are very reasonable and some people forget to be grateful.

Convenient parking for appointments at St. Mary's Medical Clinic. Terrible service. Parking attendant's uniforms look just out of the dryer and they ignore you coming in or out until you hand them the cash. No "Hello" or "Thank you", no smiles. But it's likely they're not paid or treated well by their bosses, so I guess I wouldn't make the effort either.
