I have reported A-L Financial to the BBB from refusing to give me a copy of the payment that was given to them on September 25th. I had contact Omar which is one of the workers that work their and was told that I can call back in the morning and speak to that department that receive the payments and they will be able to give me a copy of the front of the money order, so that I can provide to my loan officer the proof he needs to qualify me for my home but when I called back I was told by that same worker Omar that they can't give me a copy even thought it hasn't gone to the bank and never really gave me a legal reason why. I advise anyone that is trying to purchase a car and have to go through this company to find another company to help them because this company will do all they can to keep you down. All I needed was a copy of the from of a money order so I can get my home and due to the refusal my home fell out of escrow what kind of people are these people.

They have a script an this also happen to me... Now financial company is not here for good rating. this also happen to me. If any one knows of any other company that will buy my loan from A & L - State it.. This company does not care and will not work with you. they want you to fail... I believe this how they stay in business. I know that who doesn't take payment over the phone or allow you time. There own employees make mistake on your acct and it only affects the customer. Your credit is effected t They have. Rude, inconsiderate, they say they would extend my payment date but no. and did not do there part. Heard a lot of negative things about this about this company seems like they're all true. One reason to keep your credit score up is to avoid doing business with these companies. The person named Evelyn Thorton who wrote a good review for AL Financial must be on drugs! They never work with you on payments. Sometimes ppl have financial problems out of their control, and they could care less. I wonder how they would feel if they were in the same situation.

This company is the worst when it comes to customer service as for the person who says they make payment arrangements that is a complete lie they dont care about anyones situation the y are rude I payed them off as soon as i could they impoundedmy car for 1 non payment they took everything out and neverreturned any of my belonging after paying them off they never sent my pink slip and have given me the run around. never do business with this company again.

A-L has been good to me if i am going to be late i tell them and make arangments for payment. i have another car with Veros credit now that is a rude company they will call every one in your life tell all your business i love A-L financial!!!!!

These are the worst people. Omar waited until I made my car p ayment after I did he came from behind the glass in front of other people and started talking about my business in front of them, i think this is very very rude I don't care how late u are , and people out there keep fighting don't let them get away with this..

The most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. I can't wait to be done with them. This experience has been a nightmare. Beacause I may have made bad choices in the past and was desperate to be financed I ended up walking into a lions cage. God help me find my way out in one piece because these Lions are HUNGRY!

This company is the worst preditor in America when it comes to thriving off of people with credit issues. With the economy the way it is you can not get any loan unless you have 700+ credit score, so these ruthless people go after AMERICANS who have no other alternative. THIS COMPANY WILL HURT YOU...REPORT THEM TO EVERYONE YOU KNOW AND IF A DEALER TRYS TO PUT YOU WITH THEM REPORT THEM TOO. And believe me if you are 1 week late on your payment they are there to get your car. STAY FAR AWAY. I know we don't have alot of choices because of the government. BUT this company and others like it that profit off this country's unfortuneate status NEED TO BE CLOSED!

I can't wait for them to get shut down! If you're thinking of financing a car stay away from A-L Financial they're a nightmare and the person who had something good to say about them must work there!
