Terrible! Stay away at all costs!



They will outright lie to you orally about lease terms in order to trick you into signing!



They will lie to you about pre-existing issues in rental units!



They will charge you for things that are illegal under California Civil Code and force you to abide or sue!



They will change your lease after you move in to make you pay more!



They will keep your security deposit until you take them to small claims court!

Biggest scam ever.... they will steal your security deposit... no customer service, totallly unhellpfull. its like the whole

lot is on doses of Valium....lMold...yep.. Bugs... yep..... ive got a notice every month to kick us out for something new...

save yourself the misery and never rent from these people.... SCAM ARTISTS... THEY SUCK SO BAD.....

I too am a victim of this so called management company. I moved in a year ago and regret every day that I did! At first glance the apartment looked o.k. (inside), then after all the paperwork was signed I had a better chance to inspect. There was MOLD and RUST in places I didn't even think was possible. They most definetely choose the lowest bidder! I have family that owns construction companies, and I can tell you that they slap a thick coat of paint over anything and call it fixed. I had mold on my ceiling for two and a half months! I sent notices, called and they did nothing. Their excuse was that they get alot of calls and emails and they forget sometimes! WHAT!? Three weeks after I moved in the drain in the tub stopped working. They sent a plumber 2 weeks later! I asked the plumber about the property and all he said was this place is BAD! Everytime you plug in more than one thing in the kitchen the fuse blows. The electrician said that he explained to them that they needed to rewire the whole building, but they blew him off and just replaced the breakers. They even try to charge YOU when it is their lack of professionalism that causes the problems. My advice to you is "NEVER RENT FROM ANY PROPERTY THAT IS MANAGED BY A BETTER PROPERTY MANAGEMENT CO."!!!!

I would not recommend renting at their properties, unless you like clogged drains that they dont fix, or insect problems that they dont treat, or the unhelpfull attitude they have about ressolving any of this issues.
